  • The minimum stay is 2 nights at our properties. For bookings 21 nights and more, we offer discounted rates. Please enquire for best rates.

  • We don't have a maximum stay but our properties are subject to availability. For stays of 3 months plus, please contact us directly and speak to our friendly reservation team for best rates and accommodation options.

  • Yes, we cater to short term and long term stays. For longer term stays of 3 months plus, please contact us directly for best rates and options. To make an enquiry, call +61 ‎433 623 535 or email book@medusabondi.com.au

  • Visa/Master/Amex (1.5% credit card surcharge applies), bank transfer. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments.

  • For stays up to 30 nights, you won’t be charged a security deposit, however we do need a credit card on file in case of incidentals.

    For stays longer than 30 nights, we may charge a deposit depending on where you’re staying. Following your stay, if the space is damaged or house rules are violated, we may charge fees to the card on file.

  • Strict Non-Refundable

    • A percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (100%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. Taxes and fees are included.

    • Refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation


    Flexible - 7 days / Standard rate (BAR)

    • No payment is collected at the time of booking. A credit card is required at the time of booking.

    • This reservation is fully refundable . Cancel for free until 7 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time . After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies: If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.

    • No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.

  • We have a strict, no-smoking policy for all of our properties and that we ask all our guests to kindly follow. This includes no smoking on balcony.

  • At Medusa Bondi we want to provide our guests with a ‘home-away-from-home’ experience, and this includes all the furnishing comforts that one would find in their own home. Our apartments come fully furnished with furniture, linens, towels, kitchen appliances, guest amenities and more. All apartments include free Wi-Fi connection and utilities set up and ready to go.

  • Early check ins and late check outs are available upon request and subject to availability. Extra fees may apply. Please make a request upon booking or with at least 48 hours notice.

  • We offer contact-less self check in via smart lock technology for your convenience. We do occasionally provide in person check ins. Your check in procedure will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

  • We provide a self check in process for your convenience. Should you require an in person check in, please advise when making a reservation.

  • One parking per apartment is provided during your stay. Please advise if car space is needed when making an reservation so we can provide access instructions.

    If you require additional car spaces, we can recommend some 3rd party options for parking hire.

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer baggage storage at our properties after check out.

  • For stays 3 months plus, you may be able to receive mail packages during your stay, however, we recommend using a pickup location provided by local mail carriers. Medusa Bondi is not liable for lost or stolen packages and deliveries.

  • At Medusa Bondi we pride ourselves on our top-tier, customer service and accommodation experience. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to help fix any issues experienced during your stay.

  • If you want to report an item that was lost during your stay with Medusa Bondi, please email book@medusabondi.com.au

  • To ensure you have a comfortable stay, we stock our apartments with quality hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. Other items like toothpaste and toothbrush is not provided. You will need to bring any other toiletries items to your apartment.

  • We do offer single guest bed for extra guests. This is a fold out bed and is subject to availability.

    Please note that extra bed and linen fee will apply for one extra guest.

  • No, but we do offer the option of additional service cleans for longer stays of 14 days plus. Fees apply.

  • Our check-in time is 3:00 PM and our checkout time is 10:00 AM.

    Early check ins and late check outs are available upon request and subject to availability. Extra fees may apply. Please make a request upon booking.

  • Internet access details can be found in your booking confirmation email or welcome house guide located in your apartment.
